All merchandise is shipped insured via Fed Ex International Economy.

Your credit card will be pre-authorized at the time your order is placed and the actual charge takes place the day of shipping.

If an item is not available for immediate shipping, we will contact you via e-mail or telephone to inform you of any delay or cancellation.   You may choose to wait for this item or to replace it with a similar style or remove it from your order.

All shipped items require a signature when delivered. Please inspect the package upon delivery for any signs of damage prior to signing for the merchandise. We can only ship to a street address and not a post office box. For your protection, the shipping address must match the billing address of the credit  card being used. If you are not home during the day, you can have the merchandise shipped to your place of business or an alternate address. In order to ship the merchandise to an alternate address, you must call your credit card company or issuing bank prior to the transaction and provide them with an alternate address that we can confirm prior to shipping.

Taxes, Duties and Customs

Canada has an import tax on merchaindise shipped from the United States. Swissa cannot estimate these charges in advance.  You must contact Canadian Customs Office for specific information.  The taxes are collected as a percentage of the purchase price.  Any charges to clear customs are paid for by the customer directly to the customs agency.

Your estimated delivery time will be determined by the carrier.  Inspection by customs adds additional time to the shipment.

All international orders must be paid for by PayPal or bank wire. Swissa will apply a 1.5% discount to your order when you use a bank wire.  When you place an order Swissa will provide you with the proper information for transferring your bank wire payment to Swissa's account.  The bank wire takes two to three business days to complete. 

Once PayPal or bank wire is processed Swissa will ship your order.

International shipping charges are based on the dollar value of the merchandise and the shipping destination.
