APPRAISAL
Upon request, Swissa® appraisals will be included with the purchase of diamond earrings, diamond pendants, engagement rings, gemstone and pearl jewelry. A diamond must be mounted in order for us to produce an appraisal. The appraisal will include a detailed description of the jewelry and the replacement value.
SERVICES
It is our recommendation that your jewelry be professionally cleaned and examined at least once every three months. We are pleased to offer this complimentary service to our customers for each purchase.
PACKAGING
Your finished jewelry item will be packaged and shipped in a beautiful blue and white Swissa® gift box. A loose diamond will be packaged in a padded glass display box.
