Return Policy

Swissa will accept the return of full price merchandise 10 days from the date of receipt of the package. The merchandise must be in an unworn and undamaged condition. Special orders, sale items, custom designs, modified or altered items are not returnable. Original shipping and insurance charges paid by Swissa will be appplied to the return. Our jewelry items have a security tag and once it has been removed the item is not returnable.

Sale Goods:

Sale merchandise purchased from Swissa may be exchanged only, provided that the merchandise is returned in the original condition and original packaging 10 days from the date of receipt of the package. The merchandise must not be worn or show any signs of wear with the security tag intact. There is a $50.00 restocking fee applied to all returns. Original shipping and insurance cost paid by Swissa will be applied to the return merchandise.

Special Orders:

Special order merchandise is not returnable. Cancellation of special orders is subject to a 20% restocking fee. 

In order to return merchandise please follow these instructions.

1. Call 206-625-9202 for a return authorization number and return address.
2. Please write the return authorization number of the package under the return address. Failure to do this will result in the package not being accepted for return.
3. Please include the original invoice, appraisal, diamond certification and all original product packaging including tags, inside the package. Any item not returned in its original packaging will not be accepted for return.
4. All packages being returned must be shipped immediately after receiving the Return Authorization number. United States Postal Service should be shipped Priority Mail, Registered and Insured for the full value. Federal Express shipments must be fully insured for full value of the item.

Once the package has been received by our Inventory Control Department we will contact you and confirm the return and your refund. The refund will be credited to the original form of payment.

Swissa is not responsible for loss or damage of returned packages. Therefore, all returned packages must be insured for the full value of the item shipped.
